At The Embodied Runner, LLC, we strive to serve runners in their identity evolution, to achieve their highest aspirations, and transcend beyond limitations.
We value clarity, highest service, continuous improvement and top notch communication with our Runners. To that end, the terms and conditions below will create a safe space to work together, establish expectations and responsibilities, and set a healthy tone to the start of a Runner’s becoming journey.

The Runner can count on The Embodied Runner, LLC to be honest and straightforward in asking questions, making observations and sharing insights. The Embodied Runner, LLC will encourage, challenge and support your exploration, awareness and discovery of your own answers.

The Runner understands that Embodiment Guidance is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health and relationships.

The Runner agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the process.

The Runner understands that there may be goals and/or weekly assignments in between sessions. The decision to accept and complete said requests/assignments is solely the Runner’s choice.

The Runner understands what the Runner wants out of our time together. Each session may have a different intention or there may be continuous themes that continue to receive attention during the process.

The Runner is responsible for the Runner’s own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. The Runner understands that Embodiment Guidance does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Communication Policies
​Initial inquiries to The Embodied Runner, LLC services will be conducted via embodiedrunner.com or by contacting info@embodiedrunner.com
To preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the Runner’s journey, once the Runner books a service, all embodiment communications (i.e., Mastery Calls, Discovery Calls, Race Week Prep, and Post Race Flush) between the Runner and The Embodied Runner, LLC will take place during virtual scheduled sessions only. No outside communication will take place publicly (example, at races), unless strictly agreed upon by The Embodied Runner, LLC and the Runner.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policies
​Payments will be processed at time of booking.
Runner agrees that it is the Runner’s responsibility to notify The Embodied Runner, LLC at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session.
If notification is given 48 hours in advance, the Runner will have the ability to reschedule a session through the booking page with the same processed payment from the initial time of booking. For cancellations 48 hours in advance, the booking fee will be refunded.
If notification is not given 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time, that session will be considered missed and thereby forfeited.
There are no refunds for cancelled sessions in less than 48 hours of scheduled time.
NOTE: if the Runner is late for a session, the session will still complete at the scheduled time.
The Embodied Runner, LLC reserves the right to fully cancel the engagement with the Runner if it is determined the Runner is not suitable for the engagement. In this scenario, The Embodied Runner, LLC will process refunds accordingly.
Confidentiality
​The relationship with The Embodied Runner, LLC, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that Runner shares with the Embodiment Guide as part of this relationship, is bound by confidentiality. The Embodied Runner, LLC agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Runner without the Runner’s written consent.
Secure Payment Terms & Processing Notice
All payments for services offered by The Embodied Runner are processed securely through Wix Payments and its authorized third-party payment processors. By completing a booking or purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information will be transmitted, stored, and processed in accordance with the security protocols and compliance standards maintained by Wix Payments, including PCI-DSS compliance.
The Embodied Runner does not store, retain, or have access to your full credit card number or sensitive payment data at any time. All transactions are encrypted and securely managed by Wix Payments or its designated payment partners.
By submitting your payment information, you consent to the processing of your transaction by Wix Payments on behalf of The Embodied Runner. If you have questions regarding the security of your payment information, you may contact The Embodied Runner or refer to Wix Payments’ security documentation.
